no, both the start and end anchors are present, and appear accurate.

but I've reproduced this behavior on my home system (also running beta
42) - it displays the entire JITSsnip page, instead of... a snip.

I get slightly different behavior with removing the space between the
pagename and first #anchor - now, less is displayed, with a login
button (thatdoesn't change once I login witht he ZAP password).
