I have no problems with that. IMHO by all means go ahead and adjust the
few remaining links which use CamelCase words, perhasp leave the
capitals if in context it is important that the link associates with
the target page name.

As for "special CamelCase words":
Perhaps PmWiki is the only one, it being registered or such.
wiki style or Wiki Style is fine with me, same with wiki Trail or wiki
trail. Others may have different opinions on this....
