[pmwiki-users] PmWiki 2.2.79 released (PmForm target)

Perhaps a setting in config that states whether old behaviour (i.e. target
in PmForm) or new behaviour (renamed PmForm attribute, and target in
vanilla form) applies.
PmWiki has handled breaking changes like this in the past.
