To me, I was just thinking of something simpler like adding:

* %item rel=nofollow class=talk      accesskey='$[ak_talk]'% 
%class=actiontext%[[{*$Group}/Talk-{*$Name}?action=browse | $[Talk] ]]%%

to Site.PageActions

Maybe that's not good enough for some??  Of course, could do 
Talk-{*$Group}/{*$Name} as an alternative.
