Well, I'm confused.
According to http://qbnz.com/highlighter/ it was updated 2017/05/13 "targeting 
php 7x".

I believe is on this list says he is waiting for geshi to be updated for php 
7.2...

According to https://github.com/GeSHi/geshi-1.0 latest commit is Oct 2, 
2018.
