[pmwiki-users] update to PHP

Dear pmwiki:

I believe we are using a version of PHP 7.4 which is about to be 
discontinued.

The new version of php, Version 8.00 is soon to become the only 
supported version.

Is there a plan to upgrade to the new version?

If I'm wrong about this, please let me know.
