You don't think that WikiAuthors are likely to use a group named
Config or Configurations?  Whatever we name the group, we're
effectively removing that name from the possible names that
WikiAuthors can use.  PmWikiConfig seems descriptive enough and
unambiguous enough and not likely to be used by WikiAuthors.
